Purpose built pre-school

Our purpose-built pre-school has been carefully designed to support learning through play. The environment is bright, engaging and set up to encourage independence, creativity and curiosity.

Children have access to a wide range of age-appropriate resources, learning zones and activities that support all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), both indoors and outdoors.

Rivenstars welcomes children aged 2 to 4 years, supporting them through these vital early stages of development.

Activities are planned around children’s interests and developmental needs, helping to build early communication skills, social confidence, physical development and emotional resilience — all while having fun.

We offer funded early education places for eligible children, including universal and extended funding options.

Children thrive when they feel safe and secure. At Rivenstars, we provide a calm, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable to explore, take risks and develop confidence.

Strong relationships between children and their key persons are at the heart of everything we do, helping each child feel supported and understood throughout their day.

We believe children learn best when learning is led by their interests. Our experienced practitioners observe children closely and use these observations to plan engaging activities that extend learning naturally.

This child-led approach supports independence, problem-solving and creativity, while ensuring children are making progress across all areas of the EYFS.

Our team is made up of qualified, experienced early years practitioners who are passionate about supporting children’s development.

Staff receive regular training and ongoing support, ensuring high standards of care, learning and safeguarding are always maintained.

Rivenstars Early Education is Ofsted registered and operates in line with all Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.We follow robust safeguarding procedures and work closely with parents and professionals to ensure the wellbeing and development of every child in our care.
